For people doing hard things in a hard world

Step away for a few days.
Learn tools for a lifetime.

Our retreats are small, curated, and designed around where you are right now: your body, your practice, your readiness. Every schedule is different because every group is different. What stays the same: small groups, real attention, and tools you’ll actually use.

2–4 day immersive experiences · 6–12 participants · Laurel Highlands, PA · 90 min from Pittsburgh

Built around you, not a template

Soil. Movement. Healing tools. Stillness. Fire and stars. We draw from all of it, and what shows up in your retreat depends on who’s in the room.

Your application and discovery call tell us where you are, and we group people who are starting from a similar place. That’s how the work goes deeper. We spend the time on what will actually help you and the people beside you.

Three Ways In

Which retreat fits you?

Each retreat leans into a different need. The names signal the emphasis, not a hard boundary. Every cohort blends a little of all three.

Healing & spiritual tools

Rooted

You’ve been doing the inner work on your own. This retreat gives you a framework, a practice, and a community: Reiki, Human Design, Ikigai, Ayurveda, and Dharma coaching.

For spiritual seekers and people in transition.
3 to 4 days.

Golden sunset over the farm field and mountains

Rest & reset

Refuel

You don’t need another productivity hack. You need to stop. This is permission to slow down, and the mountain does half the work. Red light therapy, gentle coaching, and space to just be.

For burned-out professionals and caregivers running on empty.
2 to 3 days.

Two kayakers paddling on the Youghiogheny between green mountains

Adventure & movement

Ignite

Bike the GAP Trail. Hike Ohiopyle. Paddle the Youghiogheny. Cross-country ski and snowboard in winter. For people who process through movement and are ready to pair it with deeper work. You know how to keep going. Now learn to listen to what your body is telling you.

For people who want to move as well as get still and do the inner work.
3 to 4 days.

Adam in the garden among tall corn and flowers Bowls of just-picked cherry tomatoes from the farm garden

Farm access

The animals, the garden, the land. Some retreats build farm time in; for others it’s there when you want it.

Farm-fresh meals

All meals are included, cooked with what’s growing. Real food that didn’t travel 1,500 miles to reach your plate.

Red light therapy

Open to every retreat guest for recovery and restoration.

Pre-retreat community

Join the online group before you arrive so Day 1 isn’t Day 1.

Integration circle

A 2 to 4 week follow-up circle with your cohort to carry the work forward.

Take-home tools

Real tools you leave with, not just concepts you heard about. Practical things you can use and teach.

The Process

How to join a retreat

  1. Apply

Fill out a short questionnaire about your fitness level, your experience with healing modalities, what you’re carrying, and what you want to leave with. Optional: upload a 2-minute video.

Only Judy sees your application and video. We never share or sell it, and we’ll delete it any time you ask.

  2. Connect

A 20-minute conversation with Judy. This is mutual. We’re making sure the fit is right for us, and you’re making sure it’s right for you. No pressure. No pitch.

  3. Get matched

We place you with people starting from a similar place, and you’ll know your cohort before you arrive. If the timing isn’t right, we’ll keep your application on file and reach out when the next cohort fits.

  4. Prepare

We’ll share some foundational work before we meet in person. Notice what comes up and bring it with you. By the time you arrive, you already belong.

Common questions

Do I need experience with Reiki, Human Design, coaching, or Ayurveda?

No. The application tells us where you’re starting, and we match from there.

What if I’m not very fit? Can I still come?

Absolutely. We match activity levels within each cohort. Refuel is gentle by design, and even Ignite has options for different fitness levels.

How much does it cost?

Tuition ranges from $800 to $2,500 depending on the retreat and its length, and we also host occasional low-cost community retreats. Tuition includes all sessions, all meals, and pre- and post-retreat community access. A deposit holds your spot after acceptance.

Where do I sleep?

You have options. We have a limited number of spots on the farm (camping and a camper), or you can stay at nearby lodging and we’ll send recommendations. We’ll work out what fits on your discovery call.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Your deposit is non-refundable, but it transfers to a future cohort if you need to reschedule. The balance is fully refundable up to 30 days before your retreat.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Tell us about allergies and restrictions on your application, and we’ll talk it through on your discovery call. We’ll be honest about what our kitchen can handle.

What should I bring?

Layers (mountain weather changes fast), sturdy shoes, rain gear, a water bottle, and a journal. You’ll get a full packing list, including any activity gear, once you’re matched.

Is there a minimum age?

Guests must be 16 or older. Anyone under 18 attends with a parent or guardian in the same cohort.

What if I apply and don’t get selected?

It’s not a rejection. It’s timing. We keep every application on file and you’re first to know when the next cohort opens. Many people join the online community first and attend a later retreat.

Can I come with a friend or partner?

Yes, but you’ll each need to apply. We may place you in the same cohort or recommend different retreats depending on what each of you shares in your application.

Is this religious?

No. We draw from many traditions including Reiki, Ayurveda, Human Design, and Buddhist-influenced coaching, but this is not affiliated with any religion. Come as you are.

From past guests

“I thought I’d already released everything holding me back. Being at the farm made things clearer, and I was able to let go of even more.”
