Get Moving.

Our inner and outer worlds can both hold stuck energy. Sometimes breakthroughs happen when you’re breaking through waves, pedaling through a breeze, or exploring a nature trail along the water.

Reconnect to nature, to yourself, and be stronger for the people around you.

Cycling, Mountain Biking & Dirt Biking

The Great Allegheny Passage runs right through Confluence. 150 miles of crushed limestone trail connecting Pittsburgh to Cumberland, Maryland. It’s one of the best long-distance bike trails in the country, and it’s practically in our backyard.

Bring your own bike. The GAP trail is perfect for all skill levels, and the surrounding hills have single-track and dirt biking for riders who want more of a challenge.

Hiking, Foraging & Wildlife

Ohiopyle State Park is just down the road. Waterfalls, overlooks, and miles of hiking trails through old-growth forest. Back on the farm, the land is alive with wildlife year-round. Walk the property and you’ll spot deer with their fawns, wild birds, rabbits, and more.

Not Every Adventure Happens Outside

Some people come to push their body on the trails. Some come to quiet the noise. Most people end up doing both. Reiki, coaching, red light therapy, Human Design readings, and more. We offer experiences that help you reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with what matters.

Get Off the Screen. Get Into the Wild. Refuel.

The world runs you down. This is where you fill back up. Paddle the river, ride the GAP trail, or sit quietly and let the land do the healing. However you refuel, this is the place to do it.

You deserve to feel like yourself again.
