SUMMARY:The Longest Night: A Winter Solstice Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Release what this year asked of you. Rest in the dark. Welcome the light back. \n\n\n\nA Rooted retreat for the darkest stretch of the year. The nights are long on the mountain\, and that is the point: permission to slow all the way down. \n\n\n\nEvery guest receives a Reiki journey: a guided session where Reiki meets deep meditation. Each journey is different\, and many people find it brings up exactly what they needed to see. No experience needed. \n\n\n\nWe gather at the fire pit for a letting-go ritual under the winter stars\, and this weekend lines up with the Geminid meteor shower\, one of the best of the year. We light candles made from our own beeswax\, make evergreen bundles from what grows on the land\, and eat warming farm-fresh food. Red light therapy is open to every guest. \n\n\n\n3 days\, small cohortA Reiki journey for every guestAll meals\, cooked with what the farm has stored and preservedRed light therapyPre-retreat community and a follow-up integration circle\n\n\n\nEvery retreat starts with a short application and a conversation with Judy. Bring warm layers: it is a mountaintop in December. \n\n\n\nApply for a Retreat
